I love this cake! I love the details and all the small stuff Lisa and I sculpted for the top. I am also a huge fan of peace signs so I was stoked when I heard the theme of this sleep over party. I could go on and on but you can see for your self why this is one of my favorites. Cakes are really hard to part with sometimes because you spend days putting it together and you know you won’t see it again. But this mom saved all the stuff on top and that made me feel better
I love, love, love this cake! And strangely loved working on these little teensy toppers for the cake…most people would hate doing such detailed work, but it is very “zen” for me to do things like this. And then to have it come out looking the way it did, for the very good friend it was for, was the best ever!!! I have to say Shannon, this is my favorite thing we have done together as of yet…and if this is what we accomplish together, I am sooo looking forward to the future!!!
I’ve been “lurking” on your site a while, and I admire all of your work, but I had to comment on this cake. I so appreciate the attention to detail. It’s obvious how much love went into creating this cake, and the results are extraordinary! Bravo!
