Okay Hockey fans! I normally get super excited over Dallas Cowboys cakes, obviously
, but I was stoked to make this Dallas Stars one because they are pretty awesome and I was dying to make a Hockey player character. Everything on top is sculpted out of fondant and Lisa made the coolest Dallas Stars logo with fondant as well. The birthday boy was turning 31 so we made that the jersey number with his name on the back.
