Lung Cake

My husband’s cousin was graduating from Respiratory Therapy school in Abilene and I was so excited when they asked me to make a cake. It was a great excuse to go and see all his family who we always have a good time with. Of course his cake had to be a set of lungs, I mean what else could I do?  Congratulations Jordan!
